Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are now officially wed. The 33-year-old actress and singer finally got married to the 37-year-old record producer after dating for two years in California on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
The happy news was revealed by Gomez on Instagram with a caption that just stated, “🤍 9.27.25 🤍,” posting a set of heartwarming pictures and moments from the event.

The photos showed the newlyweds hugging, holding hands, and enjoying the moment, with one shot showcasing Gomez’s white flower bouquet and another shot of their sparkling wedding bands. One especially adorable photo had Gomez on the ground with Blanco’s head resting in her lap, and in an instant clip, she pushed his bowtie straight before leaning in to kiss him.
Bride and groom both dressed in Ralph Lauren for the ceremony. Gomez dazzled in a halter-neck dress embellished with flower detailing and a show-stopping open back, while Blanco went classic in black tuxedo and bow tie. Both had separate parties leading up to the wedding. Gomez celebrated her bachelorette weekend in Cabo San Lucas in August, where she and friends danced on a boat and soaked up the sun, while Blanco’s bachelor weekend in Las Vegas involved spa massages, caviar dinner, and a night out at the nightclub.
The event featured a list full of celebrity names. Taylor Swift, who had jokingly offered to be the flower girl when Gomez revealed her engagement in December 2024, attended. Ed Sheeran had also announced in May that he had already received his invitation. Gomez also revealed earlier this month on The Tonight Show that Martin Short would be ring bearer, while Steve Martin teased he had the “perfect wedding gift.” Others included Gomez’s Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie, who confirmed his appearance, and Paris Hilton, whose sister Nicky Hilton made her invite public.
During the months leading up to the grand day, the couple unveiled personal elements they wished to feature in the celebration. Blanco stressed that his non-negotiable was challah bread prepared by chef Jake Cohen, while Gomez confessed she wanted her Nana’s biscuits and gravy instead of a regular wedding cake. The couple also indicated they may forgo the first dance, though Gomez stated she wanted a special dance with her grandfather, allowing him to experience a wedding tradition that he could not have when her mother eloped in Las Vegas.
Their romance started in 2019, when they teamed up for the single “I Can’t Get Enough,” but didn’t begin dating until June 2023. Gomez publicly confirmed their relationship in December of that year through Instagram comments stating that Blanco was her “absolute everything,” while Blanco went Instagram-official in January 2024. The two made many red carpet appearances together, at the Golden Globes and Emmys, and continued to publicly praise each other. Gomez stated that he makes her feel safe and respected, whereas Blanco labeled her as his best friend and declared that he hopes to have children with her in the future.

When Blanco asked Gomez to be his in December of 2024 with a Taco Bell picnic and a marquise-cut diamond ring, Gomez captioned her photo, “Forever begins now,” and Blanco responded, “Hey wait … that’s my wife.” Now, their vows spoken and their wedding photos posted, the couple has begun forever.
