Rising trance talent Amy Wiles brings the year to a tearful close with the release of her most intimate and emotional work yet, the “I Never Want This To End” EP, out November 7 on Anjunabeats.
Comprised of five poignant tracks, the EP encapsulates the essence of Amy’s journey – the endless nights, the tireless push, and the simple passion for music that characterizes her art.”.
This new body of work is both personal and expansive, interweaving the signature melodic trance sound Wiles has come to define as a masterfully constructed presentation of her artistic growth and emotional resonance. Every song is a chapter in her life story – one filled with perseverance, resilience, and a profound sense of devotion to her work.
Music has always been a family tradition for Amy. “My mum introduced me to music first; everything was learned from her,” she says. “She’s a dance music and trance fan. My dad is a huge bands and indie rock fan, and my brother is an artist who makes indie and rock-type music. I like that side as well – watching bands at gigs and concerts is one of my favourite things to do.
Having such a musically rich heritage, it was inevitable that Amy found herself in the business at an early age. She started off in Anjunabeats as a marketing intern and worked her way up, through persistence and devotion, to become one of the label’s most important artists. She has performed at Creamfields, Tomorrowland, Highlights Festival, and Ibiza and headlined for institutions like Ministry of Sound and Phonox in London.
Looking back on Amy’s development, Anjunabeats label boss Gareth Jones has this to say:
“Amy was already captivated by the music when she first came through the door. She’s developed into a top artist with the same passion and energy that always characterized her – someone who represents the best of the dance music scene.”
The five tracks on the EP summarize Amy’s mood and musically as of 2025 – euphoric, heartfelt, and true. From the title track’s sparkling, soaring melodies to the summer-festival anthem “Heard It All Before” (feat. Leena Punks and flowanastasia) and dreamy Balearic “Balearic September,” every song vividly captures where Amy is now. Guest vocals from Leena Punks, flowanastasia, and Angel City bring individual textures, uniting vintage trance vibes with contemporary emotional depth.
‘I Never Want This To End’ is a title of gratitude,” says Amy. “Although this business can be challenging – the travel, the stress, the pace – I wouldn’t consider doing anything else. So long as I’m making records, playing gigs, and sharing sound with people, I’m content. This EP is a reminder of that.
Most recently named by BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard as “the leading lady of trance,” Amy Wiles is still drawing fans in with her honesty and unrelenting enthusiasm. “I Never Want This To End” solidifies her reputation as one of the most exciting up-and-coming talents in the latest generation of trance producers.
