Justin Baldoni’s Lawyer Prepares Countersuit, Accuses Blake Lively’s Team of Smear Campaign
The feud between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively is heating up, with a countersuit promised by Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman.
The lawsuit, expected to be filed in the coming weeks, accuses Lively’s camp of masterminding a smear campaign against Baldoni as part of a feud over allegations of misconduct on the set of “It Ends With Us.”

Evidence demonstrates, says Baldoni’s lawyers, that Lively’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, planted false stories of HR complaints and other workplace allegations in the media. “This isn’t just a response,” says Freedman. “It’s a deliberate pursuit of the truth, aimed at exposing the false narrative that has been engineered against my client.”
