More drama is unfolding between Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert, and the divorce just got a lot uglier.
What began as a very private legal battle has burst out into the open, with Taylor accusing her estranged husband of leaking sensitive court documents for which she believes he should suffer serious consequences.

In a heated, accusatory stream on Instagram Live, she claimed someone close to the couple had leaked details of their ongoing divorce to the media. Teyana squarely accused the inner circle of Shumpert of leaking personal and legal documents and creating speculation and public scrutiny.
This R&B star, who is also an actress and very private about matters that concern her family, asked for privacy, insisting their separation would be better away from the limelight.
“Y’all love a messy narrative, but I never wanted this to be public,” she reportedly said during her live session.
Taylor’s allegations were denied by Shumpert’s attorney, who said the WNBA player had nothing to do with the leaking of any of the documents. The former NBA great, until now unusually silent about the controversy, finds himself squarely in the crosshairs of public backlash and legal threats.
